The everyday register of Abbiocco: the same round, deep pouf, no buttons, no seams to catch a
claw — built in a cotton weave meant to be sat on, kneaded, and washed without ceremony rather
than protected from daily life.
Woven from TEMPO, our heavy-duty architectural cotton, this cushion trades cashmere's fragility
for a matte, cool-to-the-touch sturdiness that holds its round shape through regular kneading and
regular washing. Non-toxic dyes throughout keep it safe for the cat that sleeps face-first into
the fabric every day. The cover comes away on a hidden zip and is machine washable up to 40°C, so
it stays part of the routine rather than something to be precious about.
It sits as easily on a hallway floor as it does on a sofa arm — sturdy enough to be everywhere,
composed enough not to look like it.
